Document Updates: eSign Available for Kentucky Homeownership Protection Center Notification to Homeowners (Cx13677)

KRS § 369.107(4) states:

“If a law requires a signature, an electronic signature satisfies the law.”

As such, Cx13677 “KY Homeownership Protection Center Notification to Homeowners” has been configured with a generic option for eSign.
