Document Update: FHA Treasury ARM Note 2021 (Cx26173) and FHA Treasure ARM Rider 2021 (Cx26174)

We have made a small update to Cx26173 FHA Treasury ARM Note 2021 and Cx26174 FHA Treasury ARM Rider 2021. Previously, section 4(G) was titled "Replacement Index and Replacement Margin". We have updated the title of this section to "Replacement Index" to match the FHA instructions for this document.
