Document Update: Minnesota HELOC (Cx1380)

Recently, we updated the Notice section of Minnesota Mortgage Second (Cx490) to match Fannie Mae Form 3024 Minnesota Mortgage (Cx25302), which includes language that allows for electronic notification if agreed to by the borrower. This revision includes provisions for electronic notification, provided the borrower has given consent.

To maintain consistency across our document library, we have also updated the Notice section of the Minnesota HELOC (Cx1380) to match the revised language in both Cx490 and Cx25302.

These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on September 19, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
