Document Updates: Addition of Property County in New Jersey HELOC Mortgage (Cx1359)

For consistency with other generic New Jersey security instruments in Docutech’s document library, the “MORTGAGED PREMISES” paragraph in Cx1359 “HELOC Mortgage – NJ” has been reworked to more closely align with the “TRANSFER OF RIGHTS IN THE PROPERTY” paragraph from the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Uniform Instrument Form 3031 template for New Jersey.

More specifically, FI 1754 “Recording Jurisdiction Type” and FI 1278 “Property County” have been added to print above the property description and the property address.

Additionally, minor formatting updates have been made to the first page of Cx1359 for a consistency in appearance with other generic New Jersey security instruments.

These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on March 26, 2026. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
