Document Updates: FNMA Form 1005 Request for Verification of Employment (Cx8179), FNMA Form 1006 Request for Verification of Deposit (Cx8178) & Request for Verification of Loan (Cx8180)

The page numbers have been removed from the center of the footer in the following documents:

• Cx8178 1006 FNMA Request for Verification of Deposit
• Cx8179 1005 FNMA Request for Verification of Employment
• Cx8180 Request for Verification of Loan

This change has been made:

• to avoid confusion when multiple copies are printed and then forwarded to more than one employer or institution for verification purposes; and

• to more fully align with the model forms.
