As a follow-up to our recent update to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s (CFPB) Your Home Loan Toolkit, Docutech has updated the Spanish-language version of the Toolkit (Cx21032) to the CFPB’s August 2026 version.
Cx21032 will now be generically supported in ConformX®. For applicable TRID loans where Spanish documents are requested, the document will print in Initial Disclosure packages for purchase, construction-only, and construction-to-permanent transactions when the HUD Booklet Inclusion setting is configured to follow ConformX rules.
When the HUD Booklet Inclusion setting is configured to “In All Packages,” Cx21032 will print in applicable Initial Disclosure packages without the loan-purpose restriction.
These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on October 23, 2026. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
