Document Updates: Guaranteed Rural Housing Lender Record Change (Cx18894)

According to the USDA Procedure Notice issued on July 28, 2026, Form RD 3555-11 was updated to remove block B. This eliminated the “New Servicing Lender Information” section to align with current electronic reporting capabilities. Also, the language in the instructions was updated to clarify the process for reporting a servicer change.

We have updated our Cx18894 (Guaranteed Rural Housing Lender Record Change) to mirror the updated model form.

These changes are available for testing on Stage and Stage 2 servers and will take effect on August 19, 2026. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
