Document Updates: IL Disclosure of Financial Interest (Cx28407)

We previously announced the creation of Cx28407 (IL Disclosure of Financial Interest) to comply with 215 ILCS 155/18.

According to guidance issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) on March 3, 2022, the 1997 version of the disclosure form was to remain in use until May 20, 2025. Since that date has now passed and no updated guidance has been published, we contacted the IDFPR for clarification.

The Department confirmed that the 1997 version is still the current form to be used. Based on this feedback, we have updated Cx28407 to mirror the 1997 version of the form.

These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on September 3, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
