Document Updates: MERS Address on HELOC Deed of Trust – VA (Cx1335)

Docutech has updated Cx1335 HELOC Deed of Trust – VA to reflect the correct mailing address for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (“MERS”).

The MERS address appearing in the introductory paragraph has been updated to:

P.O. Box 2026, Flint, MI 48501

This update ensures the document reflects the appropriate Michigan state abbreviation associated with the MERS mailing address. No other substantive changes have been made to the document as part of this update.
