Our Nebraska Loan Broker Disclosure Statement (Cx3444) has been updated. Previously the form always printed the Lender fields "Lender is a" (FI 1048) and "Lender Exists Under The Laws of State" (FI 1048) in this sentence:
"Loan Broker is doing business as _____ and is incorporated, formed or organized under the laws of _____.”
The updates allow for “Broker Doing Business As Other - Description” (FI 154336) to print for the first area if it has a value (or the corresponding field option text for "Broker is doing business", FI 50908) and "Broker Exists Under The State Laws Of:" (FI 187576) for the second area if it has a value. If the Broker fields are empty, the Lender fields will continue to print, similar to other areas of this document. All other field logic on the document remains the same.
These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on August 6, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
