Docutech’s standard offering for Fannie Mae Form 1008 is Cx22822 “1008 Uniform Underwriting and Transmittal Summary - 12/2018”. We have created Cx28869 “Imported 1008 Uniform Underwriting and Transmittal Summary - 12/2018” as an Upon Request document that clients can use if they wish to import all fields into Form 1008. Before clients can use Cx28869, they will need to reach out to their Loan Origination System partners to see if full field importation is supported in their LOS.
