After a recent audit, it was determined that some recordable documents in Docutech’s document library were coded to print FI 138530 “Display Loan Number” rather than coded to print FI 51781 "Loan Number on Recordable Documents".
FI 51781 "Loan Number on Recordable Documents" now prints in the following documents:
- Cx4039 - MD Addendum (For Montgomery County Property Only)
- Cx4988 - Assignment of Security Agreement – COOP
- Cx7786 - MI Addendum to Mortgage-Homestead and Dower Waiver
- Cx7790 - MO Addendum to Mortgage-Acknowledgment
- Cx15803 - MD Tax Property Affidavit
- Cx19609 - TX Homestead Affidavit
- Cx22151 - IL Collateral Assignment of Beneficial Interest in Land Trust
- Cx22938 - Assignment of Security Agreement - HELOC COOP
- Cx25465 - 3142.53 PR 5/6, 7/6, 10/6 SOFR ARM Rider 2021
- Cx26347 - LA Documentary Transaction Tax Affidavit
- Cx27807 - 3141.53 PR 3/6 SOFR ARM Rider 2021
