Document Updates: Renovation Contract (Cx22293)

Following an internal audit, we have made a slight adjustment to Renovation Contract (Cx22293). Article 2, Contract Time, of the FNMA Multistate Renovation Contract (Form 3730) allows change orders to be made within fifteen months after the loan closing date on the property. We have updated Cx22293 Renovation Contract to align with model form terms.

These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on November 7, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
