Documents Updates: NY What Mortgage Applicants Need to Know (Cx28331)

Pursuant to NY Banking Law § 35(1), mortgage lenders and other banking organizations offering residential mortgage services are required to provide applicants with the “What Mortgage Applicants Need to Know” pamphlet. The New York State Department of Financial Services (NYDFS) publishes a model version of this pamphlet to facilitate compliance with the law.

Following an audit of document Cx28331, titled NY What Mortgage Applicants Need to Know, we have updated the hyperlink at the end of the form to align with the official model published by the NYDFS.
