New Documents: 3 Year Treasury ARM Note and Rider 2021 (Cx29272 and Cx29273)

The following new generic documents have been created to support applicable 3 Year Treasury index programs using the 2021 security instruments:

• 3/3 3 Year Treasury ARM Note 2021 (Cx29272)
• 3/3 3 Year Treasury ARM Rider 2021 (Cx29273)

The new documents were based on the existing "5 Year Treasury ARM" Note and Rider 2021 document structure and updated for the 3 Year Treasury index.

The new note and rider have print configurations similar to other Conventional ARM notes and riders and print by default when:

• ARM Index (FI 2278) = 3 Yr Treasury; and
• Fixed Period (ARM) (FI 2276) = 3 Yr.

For reference, the pre-2021 3 Year Treasury index note and rider were:

• 3504 Note ARM 3/3 3 Yr Treasury (Cx84); and
• 3114 Rider ARM 3/3 3 Yr Treasury (Cx734).

These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on November 3, 2026. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
