Oregon Enhancement: Greater Flexibility in Prepayment Fee Language

We’re rolling out an update to Oregon prepayment disclosures to enhance flexibility for prepayment language.

The following documents are affected:

Cx12389 Enhanced Prepayment Fee Disclosure
Cx12388 Enhanced Prepayment Fee Rider
Cx12387 Enhanced Prepayment Fee Addendum

When printed for the state of Oregon, these documents will now dynamically generate prepayment language based on the option selected for Field 38492 "Prepayment Penalty Based On" which has the following three options available:

• Amount prepaid
• Unpaid principal balance of the loan
• Original principal amount of the loan (default)

If no selection is made, the documents will automatically default to “original principal amount of the loan.”

This enhancement allows prepayment disclosures to align more precisely with product configuration and business requirements.

These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on March 12, 2026. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
