Copies of the FNMA Form 1003 with only one borrower on them (where the co-borrower information is empty) should have “Not Jointly” checked under section “VI. Assets and Liabilities” to indicate the application was not filled in on a combined basis.
Therefore, if only one borrower’s set of information will print on a copy of the FNMA 1003 “Uniform Residential Loan
Application” (cx4193) and the indicator to either check “Jointly” or “Not Jointly” to designate how the form was completed is not set, “Not Jointly” will be checked by default.
