Origination points, among other items, are disclosed in Cx13498. In the past, DocuTech has disclosed only the itemized origination points, which make up a part of the entire origination charge set forth in Block 1 of the Good Faith Estimate (GFE).
Rather than just disclose the origination points, DocuTech has decided to disclose the entire origination charge set forth in Block 1 of the GFE instead, for clarification purposes. In addition, the titles of several of the itemized terms of the loan will be tweaked for clarification (e.g. “Discount” will be changed to “Discount Points”).
Also, the line containing the lender’s name and date will be changed to a standard signature line, which will appear at the end of the document.
