The Kentucky Human Rights Commission has published a new Fair Housing Brochure which must be provided at all real-estate related transactions at the time of sale, purchase, or financing of real property. The old brochure is still cited and required under 104 KAR 1:010, but recent advice from the Kentucky Bankers’ Association requires lenders to provide the new brochure in place of the document cited in 104 KAR 1:010. DocuTech’s CX11145 has been modified to print the new brochure published on the Kentucky Human Rights Commission website.
