The Good Faith Estimate in ConformX will be modified to print on letter sized paper. The GFE is currently designed to print on legal sized paper. If it is printed on letter sized paper, the font size of the GFE contents is made smaller in order for the contents to fit the smaller sized paper.
Formatting the Good Faith Estimate to print on letter sized paper by design will allow borrowers to print ConformX eSign and eDisclose documents from their home printers on letter sized paper in a larger font. It will also allow the Good Faith Estimates that print through the ConformX Fulfillment Center on letter sized paper to be in a larger font.
Space is still provided at the bottom of each page of the reformatted letter sized GFE to print barcodes for those who utilize the barcode functionality.
The changes to the format of the Good Faith Estimate will take effect July 21, 2012. A letter sized test version of the form is available now to preview. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes or wish to view the new format, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
