Item “7B. MAIL CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY TO:” on the Request for Certificate of Eligibility (Veterans Affairs Form 26-1880, Cx3957) is only to be filled in if the certificate is to be mailed to an address different from the one listed in item “7A. ADDRESS.”
However, 7B is filling out on Cx3957 even if the address that prints in 7B is the same as what is printing in 7A. The Request for Certificate of Eligibility has been modified to only print an address in 7B if it is different than what is printing in 7A.
