Following our December 2011 acquisition of Lender Support Systems, Inc.’s (LSSI) Docs3D mortgage document software, 100 percent of Docs3D users have converted to ConformX.
Lenders cited DocuTech’s simple implementation process and easy-to-use, reliable software that automates the importing of loan data without requiring extra data entry and keeps pace with changing compliance rules as reasons why they decided to convert to DocuTech’s document and disclosure software.
“The most significant benefit we’ve seen converting to DocuTech is that nearly 100 percent of the data needed to generate the closing documents comes from our LOS with very little additional data entry on our end,” said Janet Slack, mortgage applications manager for Phoenix-based Suburban Mortgage, Inc.
Slack added that the support she received from DocuTech were very helpful in walking the lender through the conversion process and ensuring everything implemented smoothly.
ConformX, DocuTech’s flagship product, automatically creates compliant mortgage documents and delivers precision documents from any Internet connection. Lenders using ConformX can easily customize documents to comply with state and federal compliance requirements, lower operating costs and improve overall productivity. DocuTech drastically lowers document costs and reduces the time spent maintaining a library of compliant documents by creating dynamic documents that fit each individual loan’s specific needs.
“We provided Docs3D users with full support from day one, including call centers and resources for managing regulatory issues,” said Scott K. Stucky, chief operating officer for DocuTech. “These lenders were able to see the superb compliance, easy interface and outstanding support behind ConformX, and as they considered their mortgage document options, every one decided that DocuTech provided the best service.”
