This is a reminder that state-specific versions of Cx13441 will be configured to print in Initial Disclosure packages for all loans secured by property in Maine and Maryland, due to this year’s election results concerning same-sex marriage.

Also as a reminder, the state-specific version of Cx13441 for Washington State will be modified to specify that a domestic partnership consists of two adults who must both be at least 18 years of age, but one of whom must be at least 62 years of age if the partnership consists of two people of different sexes, due to the provisions of Wash. Rev. Code Ann. §§ 26.60.030 (West 2012).
