DocuTech recently announced that its flagship document compliance software, ConformX, sustained more than 50,000 document preview requests for baseline, stress and burn tests – the results of an in-house scalability test for a large, national lender.
The burn test conducted on ConformX yielded more than 109,000 fulfilled documents, of which 80 percent were eDelivery-capable. The platform also received over 5,600 simulated end users for the test.
“The purpose of this test was to validate our software’s ability to process various loan types at large volumes, while maintaining high loan quality,” said Scott K. Stucky, chief operating officer. “We are optimistic about our industry’s and our company’s success in 2013 and are prepared to grow with our customers.”
The tests conducted for the scalability study included numerous load and resiliency test scenarios. ConformX processed initial Disclosure document requests, Closing document requests and GFE/TILA (Good Faith Estimate/Truth in Lending Act) Re-disclosure document requests.
“For DocuTech, 2012 included an acquisition, employee growth, product and service enhancements and a renewed focus on being a trusted compliance source for the industry,” continued Stucky. “2013 – with the validation that ConformX can work with any-sized financial institution – promises more successes for our customers and the mortgage industry.”
