Additional functionality has been added to four of the VA documents that print in ConformX Initial Disclosure packages:
1) VA Form 26-1880 Request for a Certificate of Eligibility for VA Home Loan Benefits (Cx3957):
- Print on letter sized paper. Content will now fit on two pages, even if document barcodes are in use.
- Support second borrower as veteran. First borrower is still assumed to be a veteran, but up to two copies of the form will be able to print.
- Allow for borrower eSignature.
- Add data fields to the following areas:
- “7B. MAIL CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY TO” – Now allows for alternate certificate mail to address.
- “9A. ARE YOU CURRENTLY ON ACTIVE DUTY”
- “9B. ACTIVE SERVICE” – Branch, Start and End Date, and Service Number, if applicable.
2) VA Form 26-8937 Verification of VA Benefit-Related Indebtedness (Cx3952):
- Spacing adjustments to better accommodate document barcodes.
- Support second borrower as veteran. First borrower is still assumed to be a veteran, but up to two copies of the form will be able to print.
3) VA Form 26-8261a Request for Certificate of Veteran Status (Cx3953):
- Spacing adjustments to better accommodate document barcodes.
- Support second borrower as veteran. First borrower is still assumed to be a veteran, but up to two copies of the form will be able to print.
- Add data fields to the following areas:
- “4. PERIOD OF ACTIVE SERVICE”, ITEM NO. A
- “5. VA CLAIM NUMBER”
- “6A. ARE YOU NOW ON ACTIVE MILITARY DUTY?”
- “9A. NAME OF VETERAN”
- “9B. SERVICE NUMBER/SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER OF VETERAN”
- “11. RETURN TO:”
- Allow for borrower eSignature.
4) VA form 26-0551 Debt Questionnaire (Cx3963):
- Allow for borrower eSignature.
