Cx1507 is our generic document for a mortgagee or service organization to request receipt of original tax bills on the specified property. The form can also be used to forward tax bills to an entity besides the mortgagee, such as a tax processor. The document is based on the model form published by the N.J. Division of Local Government Services (available at http://www.nj.gov/dca/divisions/dlgs/programs/tax_collector_docs/me1_initial_tax_authorization_notice.pdf).
Due to an audit of this document, we have updated this document to more closely approximate the model form published by New Jersey. These changes are minor in significance relating to formatting and appearance of the document. One minor change has been made to the text of the document – deleting the ‘transaction type’ line. This change brings Cx1507 more in line with the model form provided by New Jersey.
