Cx1566 is a duplicate of the “Assumption of HUD/FHA-Insured Mortgages Release of Personal Liability” form set forth in FHA Single Family Handbook 4330.1 REV-5, App. 13(A), which is required to be given to applicants when they apply for certain mortgages (see Ibid. ch. 6-7).
We will be adding a borrower acknowledgement recital above the borrow signature lines, in order to provide additional evidence that the applicant(s) did receive a copy of this form.
