The Louisiana Mortgage has been updated to match the most recent model form published by the Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA). Updates include updated RESPA citations which, while they do not appear on the model form, are authorized by FNMA’s instructions for the new model form. Other changes include updates to Paragraph 23 of the Non-Uniform Covenants and revised language in Paragraph 34.
The West Virginia Deed of Trust has also been updated to match the most recent model form published by FNMA. Updates include updated RESPA citations which, while they do not appear on the model form, are authorized by FNMA’s instructions for the new model form. The other changes are minor language insertions and deletions, including language added in Paragraph 29.

Update: The updated versions of Cx327 and Cx359 will actually be available on December 14, 2013. This was done to give clients the ability to test the Loan Originator/NMLS functionality also contained on the new version of these forms.
