Cx327 and Cx359 have been further updated to match the most recent model forms published by FNMA (see the previous announcement at http://www.docutechcorp.com/document-changes-louisiana-mortgage-cx327-and-west-virginia-deed-of-trust-cx359). Cx327 has been changed to include a newer revision date in the document footer, some minor language modifications in paragraph 23, minor language changes to paragraph 34, and changes to the witness signature lines so they read “Print Name” instead of “Printed Name”.
Cx359 has been updated to include a newer revision date in the document footer, language changes in paragraphs 1 and 5, and changes to the witness signature lines on the last page.
