Pursuant to our ongoing document auditing, we will be modifying our Manufactured Home Affixation Affidavit (Cx43) to account for recommended Texas margins, specifically the bottom margin of the last page of the document. This change only modifies the version of the document that prints for Texas loans; all others will be unaffected.
Please also note that we will be making the same recommended Texas margin changes for the following popular custom documents:
- Loan Modification Agreement – ARM (Cx4888)
- Construction Loan Rider to Security Instrument (Cx5337)
- Loan Modification Agreement – ARM (Cx10514)
- Loan Modification Agreement – Fixed (Cx10515)
