Cx14650 is provided pursuant to the provisions of N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 3, § 38.13(d), for registered mortgage brokers who are approved FHA mortgage loan correspondents. This document is currently configured to print in all New York Initial Disclosure packages for loans insured by FHA.
Due to the provisions of FHA ML 2010-20, as well as feedback received from the New York Department of Financial Services concerning the approval of FHA mortgage loan correspondents, we will now be configuring this document to print only “upon request.” Once requested, the document will print for a client the same way that it is configured to do so now.
