DocuTech Corp. a leading provider of compliance and documentation technology, announces that chief operating officer, Scott K. Stucky, has expanded his role within the company and has been named chief strategy officer.
In his new role, Stucky will oversee client relations, partnerships, product management and the overall strategic direction of the company. He will also lead initiatives including strategy and business development, implementing internal and external communication efforts and guiding DocuTech to meet the industry’s demands in a heightened regulatory environment.

A mortgage industry veteran, Stucky previously served as executive vice president of DocuTech where he managed the company’s sales, sales team and marketing initiatives. Additionally, he previously worked at San Diego-based Del Mar DataTrac and Jacksonville-based predecessor to Black Knight Financial Services.
Stucky earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration, management information systems from the University of Florida.
