Green Tree Servicing LLC has transitioned to Ditech Mortgage Corp as of March 1, 2014 for its correspondent channel. Greentree/Ditech investor programs available through Docutech remain the same, with the exception that there is no longer a VA fixed program. We will be retiring Green Tree Servicing as an available investor on July 1, 2014.
