If dates are not imported or entered into ConformX for the “Year or period requested” section of IRS Form 4506-T “Request for Transcript of Tax Return” and IRS Form 4506 “Request for Copy of Tax Return,” the first two dates are defaulted to the last two years of tax returns. Currently the date fields are defaulted to “12/31/2012” and “12/31/2011.”
Since the federal income tax return filing deadline is this week, “Requested Tax Return 1 End Date” will be updated to default to “12/31/2013” and “Requested Tax Return 2 End Date” will be updated to default to “12/31/2012.” These changes will not modify any custom values set for these fields for specific clients and will not override any imported values.
