In order make Cx25 more compatible for use in various types of loan packages, such as Rural Development (RD) guaranteed loans, two textual edits will be made to Cx25, as follows:
1. The first sentence after the “Buydown Schedule” will be changed from “In order to comply with FNMA guidelines . . .” to “In order to comply with FNMA/FHLMC guidelines . . .” In addition, “/FHA”, “/VA”, or “/RHS” will also be included after “FNMA/FHLMC” when applicable.
2. The last sentence in the first paragraph after the “Buydown Schedule” will not print if Cx25 is being used in connection with a RD guaranteed loan, pursuant to the provisions of 7 CFR 1980.392(b) and 2008 RD AN No. 4404 (1980-D).
