Currently the PUD/Condo Name (Field 537) is required to be filled out in ConformX for several document package types if the property is a PUD or Condo. Since the PUD/Condo Name does not print on any critical documents for most document package types, this field requirement will now be limited to Closing packages only. This will ensure the PUD/Condo Name is still included on the applicable security instrument rider, while allowing users to proceed for other document packages without it.
