We are retiring Cx3836, because Cx3705 (which currently prints) fulfills Washington’s requirements. The document Cx3705 is provided pursuant to Wash. Rev. Code Ann. § 19.146.0201(14) (b) and Wash. Admin. Code §§ 208-620-700(3) & 208-660-300(7), and contains both statutorily and administratively-prescribed language.
Wash. Rev. Code Ann. § 19.146.0201(14) (b) requires that a loan originator who acts or has acted as a real estate broker provide this disclosure prior to providing mortgage services to the borrower. Both Wash. Admin. Code §§ 208-620-700(3) and 208-660-300(7) provide that you may be both the loan originator and real estate broker in the same transaction, or for the same borrower in different transactions, as long as this disclosure is provided.
