Pursuant to our periodic review, it was determined that updates to notary acknowledgments and jurats were necessary for the following documents:
- Cx13144 (Occupancy Rider)
- Cx14610 (Non-Applicant Affidavit)
The California and Oregon notary acknowledgments contained in Cx13144 have been revised to conform with Cal. Civ. Code § 1189(a)(1) and Ore. Laws 219 § 15(1).
The California and Florida notary acknowledgments contained in Cx14610 have been appropriately replaced with notary jurats in conformance with Cal. Gov. Code § 8202(b) and Fla. Stat. § 117.05(13). The Oregon notary jurat has been revised to conform with Ore. Laws 219 § 15(3).
