As posted in a Fannie Mae Selling Guide Announcement dated April 15, 2014, Two-Step ARM Plans 975 and 1029 were retired effective August 1, 2014. ConformX users have not printed loan packages through the Fannie Mae Two-Step programs for over a year.
Effective tomorrow, August 30, 2014, Fannie Mae program “5/25 10 Yr. Treasury ARM Non-Convertible – 6/6/6” (program index 84384) and Fannie Mae program “7/23 10 Yr. Treasury ARM Non-Convertible – 6/6/6” (program index 84383) will no longer be available for use in ConformX.
