This document is provided pursuant to the provisions of N.C. Gen. Stat. Ann. § 24-1.1A(a1)(1) and is a duplicate of the North Carolina Commissioner of Banks Form MLA09 (Notice of Amortization Information & Examples), which is published on their website (http://www.nccob.gov/public/FinancialInstitutions/Mortgage/MortgageForms.aspx). The main purpose of the form is to provide borrowers with “examples of amortization of home loans reflecting various terms.” (Ibid.)
This form was recently updated, so we will be updating Cx1271 accordingly. Most of the changes are textual in nature, though some of the hardcoded dollar amounts in the example tables have been corrected.
