Pursuant to our periodic review, and after comparison with the Model Interest Rate Lock Agreement located on the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions website (http://www.dfi.wa.gov/cs/pdf/interest-rate-lock-agreement.pdf), the Loan Originator name field at the bottom of Cx2792 has been changed to a Loan Originator signature line.
