Pursuant to a review, it was determined that updates to Georgia notarial certificates were necessary for the following documents:
- Cx865 (Signature/Name Affidavit)
- Cx7965 (Signature/Name Affidavit (NPE))
The Georgia notary acknowledgments contained in Cx865 and Cx7965 have been appropriately replaced with notary jurats in conformance with the model jurat certificate which can be found on the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority webpage at https://www.gsccca.org/docs/notary-documents/juratcertificate.pdf?sfvrsn=2.
