Earlier this month, we implemented the new 3555-series of RD Forms into our library, replacing the 1980-series previously required (see our announcement “Changes Due to New USDA Regulations” for details). At the time of this implementation, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) had not published the final 3555-series of forms on their “Service Center Agencies eForms” website, but rather had published drafts of these forms on their training website. Our new forms were duplicates of these drafts.
The USDA has finally published the final, official versions of the 3555-series forms on the eForms website and we will be updating the following documents to duplicate these final versions (all changes are minor):
- Loan Note Guarantee – Form RD 3555-17 (Cx18891)
- Conditional Commitment for SFH Loan Guarantee – RD 3555-18 (Cx18892)
- Request for SFH Loan Guarantee – Form RD 3555-21 (Cx18893)
- Guaranteed Rural Housing Lender Record Change – RD 3555-11 (Cx18894)
