Pursuant to client inquiry, we are updating our generic Gift Letter (Cx17342), which was introduced in our previous announcement here. The updates to the Gift Letter center around providing one copy of the Gift Letter per gift per borrower. This means that each borrower will now be able to receive up to four gifts from separate donors. In light of this change, only the individual borrower to whom the gift is given will be signing the Gift Letter.
