Coding is nearly complete for the following new TRID documents: Loan Estimate, Written List of Providers, and Closing Disclosure. In preparation for the ConformX software release scheduled the evening of June 5, 2015, these documents are now available to print for all clients using test environments.
The documents are available in test environments in the following document package types for loans with “Integrated Disclosure Loan Indicator” set to Yes (i.e. non-HELOC loans with Application Dates on or after August 1, 2015):
- Loan Estimate: Initial Disclosure and Redisclosure
- Written List of Providers: Initial Disclosure and Redisclosure
- Closing Disclosure: Pre-Closing and Closing
