A new Closing Worksheet has been created to utilize the Integrated Disclosure field values instead of the HUD-1 fee lines. The “Integrated Disclosure Loan Indicator” (field 82233) will be set to “No” on the current Closing Worksheet (Cx14226).
Although the Know Before You Owe mortgage disclosure rule effective date is in the process of being postponed until October 1, 2015, the August 1, 2015 default trigger date is still in place on the ConformX test environments for the time being in an effort to accommodate several clients’ TRID test loans using the August 1, 2015 date.
The new Closing Worksheet and the print condition edit of the old Closing Worksheet will be available on ConformX test environments by close of business today, June 19, 2015. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
