This document is currently required under FHA ML 2006-24 and is a duplicate of form HUD-92564-CN (which is available at: http://portal.hud.gov/hudportal/HUD?src=/program_offices/administration/hudclips/forms/hud9). According to our research, HUD posted a “new” version of this document on their website this month (despite the document’s revision date being “6/14”) and we will be updating Cx2283 to match this form, accordingly.
In addition, this document will no longer print on legal-sized paper, since it has been reformatted to accommodate our largest barcodes on letter-sized paper.
