Pursuant to a review of Wisconsin’s recording requirements, we will be making a few small changes to some multi-state and WI-specific recordable documents. We will be making the following changes for those documents that are not already modified:
- Duplicating the title in the top 3” area;
- Adding a space between the “Return To” section and the Parcel Identifier Number; and
- Underlining the field containing the Parcel Identifier Number
These changes will impact the following documents:
- WI Mortgage (Cx358)
- WI Mortgage FHA (Cx411)
- WI Mortgage Second (Cx515)
- HELOC Mortgage – WI (Cx1353)
- WI Assignment of Mortgage (Cx1555)
- WI Assignment from MERS (Cx4355)
- WI Assignment – INV BLANK (Cx4504)
- WI Housing – Easy Close Second Mortgage (Cx16502)
- WI Satisfaction of Real Estate Mortgage (Cx8604)
- Loan Modification Agreement – Fixed (Cx1701)
- Loan Modification Agreement – ARM (Cx4888)
- Loan Modification Agreement – ARM (Cx10514)
- Loan Modification Agreement – Fixed (Cx10515)
Note that we will not be making the above changes in cases where the recommended Wisconsin recordable format conflicts with FNMA instructions and model forms.
