The Colorado Third Party Fees Disclosure, our “upon request” Cx16050, is given for the same reasons as the Itemization of Amount Financed in Colorado, pursuant to the provisions of 4 Colo. Code Regs. ยงยง 725-3:5.15 & 725-3:5.17. These provisions were recently repealed and Colorado, for TRID loans, only requires the Loan Estimate and the Closing Disclosure (see http://www.docutechcorp.com/configuration-changes-various-colorado-disclosures-cx12866-cx13134-cx14439 for details). Consequently, we will be modifying the configuration of Cx16050 to only print for loans that are not subject to TRID.
