This document is provided pursuant to the provisions of Mass. Gen. Laws Ann. ch. 167, § 14A, with the format of the document based upon the model form originally published under Mass. Regs. Code tit. 209, §§ 39.01 et seq. which were repealed effective January 28, 2005 – but for which no substantive replacement was promulgated (regardless of such repeal, the language of the model form still complied with statutory requirements).
The Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs & Business Regulation has recently published an Industry Letter (from the Massachusetts Division of Banks) implementing a new model form (see “Industry Letter regarding the Regional Mortgage Review Boards and Regional Small Business Loan Review Boards” at http://www.mass.gov/ocabr/banking-and-finance/banking-services/industry-letters/). As a result, we will be updating Cx3852 to match this new form.
